John Alwan
Consultant
John has over 20 years experience implementing solutions ranging from cloud, mobile, client server and desktop. He first began designing and coding websites and databases back when the technologies were just emerging. He has a diverse background in all aspects of technologies in both hands ondevelopment as well as leading development teams.
His skill set ranges from salesforce.com development and administration to app development in the .NET platform, OLTP and OLAP databases as well Business Intelligence and analytics datawarehouses.
John oversees the direction at Silver Code, Inc. as well as business development. He believes that the simplest solution is usually the best solution and that the delivery of the solution shouldbe done right the first time.
He's a technologist and tinkers with all that he can get his hands on.
Gail Alwan

Gail has extensive experience in information technology in the credit card industry. Her expertise ranges from writing applications running on mainframes and unix systems to implementing and configuring applications and database systems.
Otherwise known in the office as the networker, Gail's charm and willingness to talk to anyoneand everyone has been key to building our large local client base.
Gail is definitely a social butterfly and we plan to leverage her skill to build our social business strategy. She is also bit of a book worm and likes nothing more than a night in with a good book.
Gail is also an athlete and challenges herself daily with her work, family and training schedule. Currently she is training for various triathlons and marathons with a goal of completing the IronMan triathlon in the near future.
